’’My American Dream’’

New Philipp Plein fall/winter 2014-2015 collection,  showcased at Milan Fashion Week fall 2014.

 Back to ‘90s supermodel era.(Texas cowgirl-at least that's what I thought)
Seemed like his theme was kinda Western this winter. (and dangerous I would say - have wondering how many firefighters  were working that night - I wouldn't be surprise by any explosion that could have happened :P )
However the German designer  has declared that he go inspired from Dallas ('it all started during a  visit in America when I was a kid').
If you want to sdant out and look amazing this fall, Plein suggests to go for the punk-rock and cowboy style.

Rita Ora's performance is something that everyone was talking about after the show, so bed I can not tell what song was she singing. (there was no wireless or 3G in during the show-that's so weird, isn't it?!)

The glamorous show was opened by Naomi Campbell. Wait, What?
Yes, she was the queen of the night ( a modern queen who wears destroyed yeans with a rodeo belt and a dirty shirt on top).

The rest of the collection was presented by Irina Shayk, Anna V, Izabel Goulart and others, who came out  wearing all-black striking looks, featuring lots of leather, studs, super-impressive big belts and luxurious fur

Black leather and studs give the rock line a feminine touch, while the red patterns on the body-hugging mini dresses, the ruffled mini skirts and the outstanding outerwear give us a punk inspiration.
As this was not enough, our designer decided to put more fur elements to this collection (compare to the previous one), as well as  lots of big ruffles, transparency inserts, cowboy jeans, fringes and super-daring crop top, black leather gloves, a black big belt and a massive necklace to complete the looks.

All I know is  Philipp Plein was definitely on fire (both literally and figuratively) but I dont think that his collection was as hoot as the atmosphere created during the runway.

What do you guys think?

XOXO
ERI
